How do I list my property for sale?

How much does it cost to list my home?

When can I add my photos?


Immediately upon listing your property and entering information about your home.

How do I upload my photos?


On the listing screen just click on the "upload" button. You can upload as many as 10 photos per listing and change or delete what ever you like or don't like. It's easy.

Your photos must be in the .JPG format and must be under 200 kilobytes in size.

They will look great!

Can I change the photos in my ad?


Yes. You may change photos as often as you like.

I don't have a digital camera, what options do I have?


You will need to take your photo into a copy business such as Kinko's or a photo processing store. They can then convert it into a digital format and will give it to you on a computer disk that you can then use to upload your photos to our website.

I lost my password, what should I do?


Don't worry, just send an email to
Support. Your account information will be sent to you via email. You must use the same email address that is in your ad.

How do I cancel my ad?


Just go to the "investfsbo Manager" screen, click on "Listing Editor", and erase your listing. It is that easy.
